6. Delivery

Deliveries are fulfilled exclusively through external logistics partners and are available only within Cyprus. Key delivery terms:

• Delivery within 10 working days
• Delivery is made inside the building, subject to access conditions
• Customers must disclose access details (stairs, floors, elevators, restrictions) during the delivery scheduling call
• Additional equipment or services (e.g. forklift, extra manpower) may incur additional charges payable by the customer

7. Assembly & Installation

Assembly services are provided exclusively by third-party installers.

• If damage occurs during assembly by our approved installers, the product will be replaced
• Replacement timelines depend on coordination with external installers and suppliers
• Damage resulting from self-assembly or unauthorized installers is not covered

8. Right of Withdrawal (14 Days)

Consumers have the right to withdraw from an online purchase within 14 calendar days from delivery or pickup, without giving any reason. You may exercise this right by:

• Submitting the official downloadable PDF withdrawal form, or
• Sending any clear written statement of withdrawal

All products are covered by a 2-year statutory warranty in accordance with Cyprus and EU law. The warranty does not cover:
