Return Policy
The terms and conditions which are described in the Return and Guarantee policy are valid for all the products which are purchased from the FOUR DAY CLEARANCE eshop at www.fourdayclearance.com
1. Order Cancellation
Orders which are placed via the FOUR DAY CLEARANCE eshop at www.fourdayclearance.com can be cancelled within 24 hours of placing the order. You must contact the Customer Services Department at tel: 22467594 and have your order number available OR if you have not kept the order number, to inform the Customer Services with the ordering name and date.
2. Returning a product because you’ve changed your mind
This is a right of withdrawal that you can exercise without penalty and without giving any reason. You may: (a) either use withdrawal form as defined in the Law, (b) or make any other clear statement showing your decision to withdraw from the contract. The consumer bears the burden of proving proof of exercising the right of withdrawal and will be responsible for the cost of return. The product(s) must be returned to the FOUR DAY CLEARANCE store at: Gianni Kranidioti 187, 2035 Latsia, Nicosia, from Monday to Friday between 8:00am and 4:00pm (excluding public holidays). In case the product(s) are not returned within 14 calendar days from the date of delivery/pick up, then the company has the right not to accept their return. As long as there is compliance with the terms and conditions of the return policy, you will see the refund directly in your Bank account. Please have in mind that the refund can take up to 14 days to show in your account. Please note that while the Products remain in your possession you are responsible for keeping them safe, secure and in good condition. The consumer is responsible for any reduction in the value of the goods only as a result of the handling of the goods other than that which is necessary to establish the nature, characteristics and functioning of the goods.
3. Return of faulty products
In case you consider the product purchased to be faulty, please contact the Customer Services department at tel: 22467594.
4. Guarantee
The guarantee period is 2 years and is valid from the date of purchase of the product(s) (date of invoice). The guarantee does not cover normal wear and tear or damages are caused by the customer. Warranty Policy

This Warranty Policy applies to all products purchased through
www.fourdayclearance.com, operated by Mallouppas Group Ltd.
This policy does not limit or affect any statutory consumer rights provided under
Cyprus or European Union law.
1. Statutory Warranty
All products are covered by a statutory two (2) year warranty from the date of delivery,
in accordance with the laws of the Republic of Cyprus and applicable EU legislation.
The warranty covers defects that existed at the time of delivery of the product.
2. What Is Covered
The warranty covers:
- manufacturing defects
- material faults
- functional issues not caused by misuse
Where a defect is confirmed, the company may, at its discretion:
- repair the product, or
- replace it with an equivalent product, or
- issue a refund
3. What Is Not Covered
The warranty does not cover:
- normal wear and tear
- damage caused by misuse or improper handling
- damage caused by accidents, impact, or external factors
- damage resulting from self-assembly
- damage caused by unauthorised installers or technicians
- alterations or modifications to the product
4. Assembly & Installation
Assembly and installation services are provided exclusively by third-party installers.
If damage occurs during assembly by an approved installer, the product will be replaced.
Replacement timelines depend on product availability and coordination with external installers and suppliers.
Damage resulting from self-assembly or unauthorised installation is not covered by this warranty.
5. Warranty Claim Procedure
To submit a warranty claim, customers must:
- contact Customer Support
- provide proof of purchase (receipt or invoice)
- describe the issue in detail
- submit photographic evidence if requested
The company reserves the right to inspect the product before approving any repair, replacement, or refund.
6. Service Timeframes
Once a warranty claim has been reviewed, you will be informed of the next steps.
Repair or replacement timelines may vary depending on:
- product type
- availability of spare parts
- manufacturer or supplier response times
7. Limitations
This Warranty Policy applies exclusively to products purchased from
www.fourdayclearance.com.
It does not apply to products sold as:
- final sale
- slightly damaged or already assembled showroom items
