Deliveries for online purchases are fulfilled by external partners across Cyprus.

Delivery cost is calculated based on:

• The type of item(s) purchased
• The delivery location

You will see the total delivery cost in your basket before completing your order.

Delivery & Scheduling Details

• The delivery time is within 10 working days.
• Products are delivered only to the entrance of the house/building at the address provided.
• Delivery is planned daily by the transportation company.
• Customers will be notified of the delivery day and time in advance.
• During this call, customers may request assembly and installation services directly through the shipping company
  at an additional cost.
• If the proposed delivery day/time is not convenient, the customer must inform the company in advance;
  otherwise, an additional charge will apply.

Storage & Order Policy

Purchased items cannot remain in our warehouse for more than 15 days.

If the items are not delivered within the proposed delivery date,
the order will be cancelled and the payment will be refunded.

Collection from Warehouse

All products collected from our warehouse are not assembled.
